Returns Policy

Standard Return

All unused, regularly stocked items can be return within 30 days of the delivery date. A return credit will be issued to the original payment that is shown in the invoice. If your original payment method was wire transfer, check, you will be offered store credit or check refund. Shipping fees paid at the time of checkout are not refundable and will not be credit along with the return. Restocking fees and returning shipping fees will be charge from the return credit. All returned items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.

 Nonreturnable Items:

  • Items that are in used condition 
  • Custom-manufactured products(e.g. some table linens, furniture, signs, doors and more)
  • Specially-ordered item(e.g. items sourced from other manufacturers, standard product upgrades)
  • Consumable and Disposable items
  • Products sold in aerosol cans



Restocking Fees

To cover the cost of returning item back into stock and to keep our low prices, we will charge a 25 percent restocking fee for all order returned.


Returning Shipping Fees

Buyers are responsible for the additional shipping and handling fees in the return process. These fees will be deducted from your return credit.



If you would like to exchange a returnable item to another item that is available in our warehouse or the same manufacturer, we are glad to assist you with the exchange process. In case you want to exchange items directly with our warehouse, the restocking fees may be waived but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Items that were shipped directly from the manufacturer must be return to exchange to the same manufacturer, and restocking fess and extra shipping fees may be charged.  


Defective Item

You can file a warranty claim if you receive a defective item. Contact us for further information on warranty.


Order Cancellation

Open Order: If your order is still in the process, please contact us at to cancel the order. No shipping or restocking fees will be charge.

Shipped Order: If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the shipment when it arrives. When a shipment is refused, it will come back to our warehouse and restocking and shipping fees may be charged.

Received Order: If you have accept the shipment, you need to contact us in order to begin the return process.
